Morebetterness Score
Your score is a 50/50 blend of two things:
- Relative body fat loss — how much of your starting body fat you've shed, as a percentage
- Relative muscle mass gain — how much muscle you've packed on relative to where you started, as a percentage
- Weight is tracked but not used in scoring — it's there for reference only
This makes it fair regardless of starting point. Higher = more betterness.
Score = 50% × (BF lost ÷ starting BF) + 50% × (muscle gained ÷ starting muscle)
